During this interactive session, Alan & Ming will walk us through the process of completing the GAR forms necessary to get your buyer client and listing client to the closing table. You will be following along completing the Buyer Brokerage Agreement, the Listing Agreement, and finally the Purchase & Sale Agreement.
By the end of the session, you should be able to confidently and competently complete the contract for your client, explaining each aspect of the document to help guide them through the Real Estate transaction process.
